Located in the coastal village of West Wittering, Swallows Return has been transformed through a considered architectural extension designed by Salt Architects. The project redefines the relationship between house and landscape, introducing expansive steel glazing that frames uninterrupted views of the surrounding coastal environment.

Fabco was appointed to manufacture bespoke steel glazing systems throughout, delivering a solution that balances refined minimalism with robust performance in a demanding coastal setting.  The frames have been specially painted to provide longevity in a demanding marine/ coastal environment and the glazing upgraded to Saint Gobain solar control glass for added comfort inside the property.

The glazing maximises light throughout new living spaces and creates a seamless transition inside and out; steel glazing achieves this while delivering strength and visual lightness.

The result is a beautiful coastal home connected to its setting with uninterrupted views.
