Fabco proudly introduces it’s W20+ in 2026. Using the same W20 frame section synonymous with minimal sightlines, durability, elegance, and now with our best thermal performance.

Fabco has worked across a number of years to perfect a modern steel window and door that is visually identical to its original W20 product while encompassing all the benefits of the latest advancements in design and technology. W20+ represents a significant advancement in hot-rolled steel thermal performance, with all design enhancements carefully concealed to fully maintain the original sightlines of steel and glass. The result is an efficient and secure slim system, achieving either a *DSER/ WER of A+, or a U-Value of 1.3 – 1.4, ensuring outstanding thermal performance without compromising on aesthetics.

London living has never looked so good

Inspired by the clients travels and love for Miami Art-Deco/Santa Fe living, this London how has been transformed into a unique blend of textures, tones and décor.

The travels of the home owner were the inspiration for the transformation of this post-war semi into a beautiful and calming statement home that is a clever fusion of Miami art-deco villa, Santa Fe adobe pueblo and Ibizan beach house.

Fabco’s attention to detail in the design and manufacture of the windows and doors was critical to the success of the project, with the aesthetic being a perfect choice to create a backdrop to the design influences within the space. The project also included the addition of important supporting elements, such as shower screens, to create a cohesive and relaxing home which will age beautifully over time.

As seen on Grand Designs, and featured in The White Company Book

With the knowledge of interior design, a derelict building and courtyard in their possession, the refurbishment of Herne Hill transformed the space into a captivating story worthy of Kevin Mcloud's approval.

With the knowledge of interior design, a derelict building and courtyard in their possession, the client transformed this Herne Hill space into a captivating story. Perhaps it was this vast difference between what could be seen and what was planned for the space that caught the eye of Grand Designs. Kevin McCloud and his team joined our clients throughout the refurbishment and it aired on Channel Four in October 2017.

With the architectural help of Takero Shimazaki and their own interior design expertise, the client developed the derelict space into a stunning 140sqm home. With the bespoke steel windows and doors designed, manufactured and installed by Fabco, highlighted as a show stopping feature that fitted seamlessly into the space. The perfect backdrop to a stunning scheme.

From dark olives, to refined sage’s, the many tones of green have been a strong force of colour this year for Fabco. When introduced into architectural elements such as steel frames, Fabco’s palette of soft greens bring warmth, subtle character, and create a seamless link between indoor spaces and the outside world.

Our frames are offered in a carefully curated selection of 10 RAL colours, each chosen to harmonise with a wide range of architectural styles. For projects requiring an exact match or a wider palette, bespoke colours are available on request, allowing a personalised, unique finish.

Every frame is coated in our signature semi-matt 30% gloss, a refined sheen that enhances colour depth. This finish is engineered to endure, ensuring long-lasting performance, resistance to wear, and a timeless appearance that remains beautiful for decades.
